Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. The son of Manny James, and Patty James of mixed race. He has the Nigerian father as well as a Caucasian mother. He graduated in 2010 at Sanderson High School and furthered to Wake Forest University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015. James was first known for his part as The Bachelorette's reality star. In 2020 he got selected as the bachelor on The Bachelor's season 25, making him one of the very first African American male lead which was later aired in 2021. James was the ideal fit to play the role. He is beautiful and tall with a the right sense of humor. The season was over when he decided to choose Rachael Krkconnell to start a relationship with her. James teamed up with well-known dancer Arnold in 2021 to compete in season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James as well as Arnold finished 12th place.
